Always has treats decorated for the occasion. This is my wife’s favorite cookie place, the icing is very morey (the more you eat the more you want) Highly recommend!

My family has been coming here for over 30 years. Over the last few years their quality and customer service has been dwindling. They messed up our cake and instead of being apologetic, the lady who said she's been there for over 35 years just said: we can't do anything about it, do you want it or not. I couldn't believe how rude and nasty she was. I still almost bought the cake, but I decided not to. Why would I give my money to someone who messed up an order and then was rude about it. I've been hearing more and more from other family and friends that Woods Bakery has been going down the tubes year after year, but I figured since this was a place I've gotten cakes from ever since I was a kid, I would continue to give them my business. Well, I finally had my experience everyone's been talking about and it's unexceptable. This lady is literally hurting their business and should retire. She's rude and completely unprofessional. The last cake we got from here should of been my last order, she was rude then as well, but I just figured they could have been busy and she was stressed, even though that's still not an excuse to be rude to your paying customers. The last cake also tasted more like corn bread than an actual cake. Again, I just thought they were having an off day but now I realize it's just who Wood bakery is now. My family buys several cakes there every year, but not anymore. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Great local family owned bakery. They make excellent donuts, among many other great bakery and pastry foods.
A small, but lovely bakery that has served O'Fallon for a long time. I have never eaten a bad pastry from here. Maple cake donuts are unbelievably delicious.
