Walter who is a regular greeter is the best thing going for the store. He's always friendly. Beware if u have an issue don't expect to speak to anyone who can do anything about... You're likely not to get anywhere.
Walmart customer service is terrible
I prefer the Wal mart in Belleville but the O'Fallon store is closer to my home. If I can't make it to this circus before 9am, I won't go or I will make the trek to Belleville store. I don't blame the employees at this location for their bad attitudes. The customers are just as ride and even when they are wrong are still very disrespectful to the employees.
30 minutes later after they paged a sporting goods employee 3 times to sell me a hunting license. No one ever showed up. I left without my license
Staff is very helpful if you can't find something, they stop working and show you exactly where to find what you are looking for. Very appreciative.
