I didn't get what they told me I would receive with the purchase of the phone. I have been in real estate for 18 years and an executive assistant about10. They wanted to tell me that I misunderstood what they said. Very unlikely with my trained ear and I asked all the right questions. I have had problems with this store in the past due to shifty work, and you get the complete run around from corporate to all the stores. It has the " not my problem attitude". The way they present their contracts has a low to be desired. Be careful here. Everything is on a machine. I wanted something to be written on my contract and was told that it was done on another program and not to worry it would be done. Well my friends " worry."
Do not bother making an appointment. I showed up for the appointment I scheduled online and all of the representatives looked at me like they had never heard of such a thing. Due to lack of knowledge of how their own system works, I have been overcharged $100 on my last 3 months of Bills. #shouldhavestayedatt
My experience was enjoyable. The sales rep Shayne was extremely helpful. He walked through my new plan step by step and made sure I knew what was going on. Very personable guy and knew what he was talking about. I will recommend friends and family come to the store.
These guys are great! Shay set me up a new iPhone 7+ and a new plan and was pleasure to work with. Very friendly and helpful even with all the questions I had, I left all-knowing.
