The workers have absolutely no idea what they are doing to be honest. They don't even know how to give polite costomer service. The lady that helped me kept interrupting me when i tried to explain my problem. Go to Home Depot instead, they actually know what they are doing.
Great store. Very well organized making it easy to find what is needed. Staff are exceptional and will go out of their way to help.
Absolutely horrible management. After a teenager that I mentor got a job. The manager told him 5 mins until the end of the store that he was going to let him go. With no warring and no real reason. So he walked outside to wait for his ride. The store manager walked outside and shooed him and told him to leave. So he walked to the edge of the parking lot to again wait for his ride. And the manager came out a second time and made him walk across the street. EXTREME DISRESPECT, and as well as UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN AN ACE HARDWARE STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
