Wonderful experience. There was a bit of a wait due to overload and they were apologetic. They made it right for us. Great customer service.
Love the food. But it's always a little cool inside. Bring a light jacket. This is true for any Jimmy John's.

Horrible customer service...Order a turkey tom with bacon and a combo...total came out and then the girl says I didn't hear you wanted a combo...pay for the combo which was more now. I sat down no bacon I told them that they didn't put the baco, girl says she didn't hear I wanted bacon, so I try to pay for it and she doesn't know how to charge me. Sat down with no bacon :( she also forgot to give me the drink for the combo noticed that halfway through eating...her name is chayenne try to avoid her
They have forgotten the cheese on my sandwich the last couple times I have gone to this location. Hope management fires a couple sandwich makers and fixes this problem because this only started happening within the last 5 months. It sucks to be hoping for cheese and then not have any! Fire your sandwich makers who have been hired within the last few months! Other than that it's a good place.
