So, this place is great! Everyone is friendly and professional. From day one to the turn in if our rental vehicle Kaitlin Kendall and Lucas Marlow went above and beyond for us and our family. With timely calls to make sure we were satisfied while not bugging us and answers to our questions on how to possibly purchase a vehicle. The entire team at the O’Fallon location operate as a well oiled machine and we are happy this is the location our insurance company recommended. We will always use this enterprise for our rental car needs and will recommend them to our local and out of town friends and family should they need a vehicle. Thank you all!

This is always my go-to car rental location when we plan on making a long car trip and have luggage to tote around. Service is quick and courteous and they are easy to get to since they are on Hwy 50 just off the Interstate. I have also used them when my car was in the shop because of an accident. They tie right into USAA's rental car coverage so it's easy to get a replacement vehicle. My only gripe is that they can't stop idiots from smoking in the rental vehicles.
