These guys ended Up double charging my account! They have not refunded and after paying double what they stated, they then charged me an additional 800 USD , did NOT send a notification and i found out by doing a credit check. Its either i have been frauded or Hertz is completely mismanaged. WIll NEVER EVER do business with Hertz again. Completely not satisfied and I am going to consider bringing charges against them.
This place is awful. I rented a car through my insurance for two weeks and they submitted bill to my insurance company and took 633.64 from my account. I am now waiting to hear back from my insurance company about how I will be refunded for the rental. Hertz is just as bad as Enterprise, I hate them both. Hertz is thirsty-as-hell renting ugly ass lawn mowers for cars! This location is so unprofessional, the old black guy was asleep each time I visited the place. I don't know if he is the owner or security. Do business elsewhere if you know whats good for you.
When I dropped my car off, they couldn't provide me with a receipt or figure out how to email me one, so I asked what my final bill would be. I was told (after much confusion) $121. Ok no problem. Then i get charged $207 24hrs later. After calling customer service, i was basically told well it's in the fine print.. taxes, fees, and so on. I will never use Hertz again. Enterprise is way more professional.
**Update**
When our plane arrived late, the car we reserved had been rented to another customer. The professionals at Hertz gave me another vehicle for the same rate even though it would have been more! In that moment, they earned my business and this excellent review! I will highly recommend Hertz to my family and friends!
The roll out the red carpet for this Gold Plus Rewards member. Quick and very economical transaction. Oh, and the cars are uniformly trouble free.
Well when i returned my card, turns out they had a change in management staff. in which they tried to charge me a SMOKING FEE. I don't even smoke.
