Frustrated after visiting many furniture stores near Shiloh I made one last stop at a place I never heard of before since it was right next door. I walked in to Cheryl, who could see my frustration, and explained my situation. I knew what I wanted and needed it ASAP. Right next to the door was the item I was looking for and it was on sale for less than I had found at all the other places I had stopped. Good news, they had it in stock at the warehouse. While sitting down to discuss the process another associate called to see how soon it could be delivered. Guess what? The item I couldn't get for a month at any of the other stores could be delivered to my house THE NEXT DAY!! Needless to say I purchased the furniture and would recommend this place to anyone! Everyone was very friendly and the selection is great! I won't be buying furniture anywhere else!

Great experience! Chelsea had spot on recommendations based on what my goals were. I have never had furniture I love so much. The furniture was delivered within the timeframe they told us and delivery team was very kind and respectful while in our home. Would definitely purchase here again!
Our salesperson Cheryl was very helpful in showing us all of the options for our new sofa. We were thrilled to have custom choices that could have the furniture delivered in 4 weeks!
The product appears to be fine and was a reasonable price for what it is. Our issue is poor communication regarding delivery. The salesperson told us it would be within 7-10 days. It actually took 7 weeks. The only communication was us calling several times to find out where the merchandise was. Had the salesperson been more accurate with a delivery time we would have bought somewhere else.
The delivery was to be expected between 9:30 & 11:30. The truck pulled up at 9:36. Really professional, above & beyond respect toward home and the furniture (5 piece bedroom set) to be delivered. Kloss Furniture always have the best deals for top of the line craftmanship, heirloom quality pieces. Thank you for making my furniture shopping experience stress-free & memorable. Will be returning to buy more furniture.
