Super great staff. They claimed to not work on commission, so that might be why it didn't feel so forced like some of the other companies. I ended up finding a great set of sofas. Had a similar set made by England Furniture (subsidiary of Lazboy) at the next door furniture place and they nearly matched the price and delivery costs/etc. Great service, would definitely recommend for some cheaper furniture... hopefully it lasts long, but it has a warranty for at least 5 years, so there is that.
Nice store, however their price structure on everything is 100 to 150 percent over the price a fair minded person is willing to pay.

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the sales associate, Shane, as well as the knowledge and expertise that the decorator, Bri, provided to make my purchase perfect for the room, choosing colors and design that I wouldn't have thought of. It is obvious that La-Z-Boy provides excellent training in all aspects of the sale.
