I was a little nervous with how busy they were but i have no doubt they treated my dog like a king. They did a great job and got him done in less time than anticipated!
Busy store, well kept, but the layout is a little weird then the other Petsmarts I have been in. It was hard to find what I wanted, catagories are scattered about.

great employees. Very helpful in helping us get setup for our new pup. Readily assisted in recommending good food and treat brands. We where that right at closing time, but did not feel rushed out.
Horrible customer service experience in this store. Won't be back ever. Apparently even if you personal Veternarian gives you a prescription of cat food, they will not sell it to you unless you allow their inhouse Banfield, to approve it and then give you an approval card.
It is insulting to other veterinarians. I was told it was the law. That is untrue. It is corporate policy. Stay away.
