Good food, but a little pricey.
Don't go often enough because we all live too far apart, but I must say that we always have the best memories and laughs there. The staff are so attentive and the food is always perfect. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere! Bravo Mungo's!!!!
My husband and I met a couple friends at Mungo's last week. The restaurant was a little better decorated than I expected it to be (inside a strip mall.) There was plenty of patrons and ample parking, but the wait wasn't too long. Our friends enjoyed their toasted ravioli. The menu was pretty standard. Wine list was short. Waiter was attentive, but a pressure salesman. The pasta was overcooked, but our friends enjoyed their fish and chicken dishes - reported a lot of flavor and not over-cooked.
Small menu, overpriced, small amount of food...but soooooooooo good! Would highly recommend for a date night or something. Lighting is nice, restaurant is gorgeous. Nice place (:
