Very bad customer service. And food was not fresh at all. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
Panda Express is fairly hit or miss at any store you visit, but this location is the absolute worst. The wait is always 10-20 minutes, no matter the time of day. That is because it takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for them to serve one customer. They never have food ready to serve, it is always a 5-10 minute wait for it to cook. I'm not sure if it is a supply chain sourcing problem, incorrect forecasting of customer demands or laziness. Most likely all three coupled with incompetent management. The sole trash can in the place is always full and the floors could use a mop more often. The only positive I have for the place is that they have plenty of staff, more often than not outnumbering the customers. You would think with that kind of manpower they would fix some the issues I address above. My suggestion: stay away from this location.
Panda Express does Chinese food franchise chain restaurant style. The Orange chicken is yummy. Some of the other stuff is ok. The restaurant seems nice and clean inside.
I choose Panda as a healthy alternative for my family and enjoy the environment usually. This evening, the employees were running around the lobby locking the door on other employees. It reminded me of high school. I did not find it funny. They were very lackadaisical about taking my order. The portions were very small compared to other Panda Express experiences. I personally spoke to the PIC (sup on duty) and told her I didn't appreciate this attitude in the store. She told me, "fine" and offered no apology. This surprised me bc I would have at least expected a supervisor to offer an apology and keep everyone at task. When I told her I was going to report this on a review, she responded, "fine." UNBELIEVABLE! I have never experienced this kind of rude behavior and careless and inconsiderate attitude at a Panda Express EVER! I know it may not matter to this company. But I will not return to this location and will report this Careless Flippancy on any social platform I can. WOW! Very disappointed with Panda. Obviously they need to teach customer service skills and behavior.
Food was fine, but dry. Service was uncoordinated and excruciatingly slow. Waited 20 minutes for one plate. ~10 employees standing atound doing nothing.
